Assessments
The Nimbus EMR Assessments module combines the various assessments such as Nursing, Dietary, Social Service and Activities assessments in a coordinated view of the resident that then imports into the MDS 3.0. The module allows for complete tracking of all information relating to resident condition, including all observations, assessments, reviews, analyses and consultations documented within the Nimbus EMR system.
